WHEN CAN I EXPECT TO RECEIVE MY CONTAINER?
Delivery usually takes 1 to 2 weeks after order confirmation, depending on your location and container availability.
HOW MUCH SPACE IS REQUIRED FOR DELIVERY?
Delivery requires clear access with at least 14 feet width and sufficient length: about 65 feet straight-line clearance for 20ft containers and 110 feet for 40ft containers.
HOW IS THE CONTAINER DELIVERED?
Containers are delivered via tilt-bed trailers that carefully back into your site and lower the container in place.
IS ANY SITE OR GROUND PREPARATION REQUIRED?
Yes, we recommend firm, level ground like concrete, crushed gravel, or wood supports to prevent sinking and protect your container’s structural integrity. Avoid placing containers directly on grass or areas prone to water pooling.
MY CONTAINER IS FROZEN IN ICE OR SNOW — HOW DO I SCHEDULE PICKUP?
Please clear snow and ice from the container roof before pickup. Drivers may refuse pickup for safety reasons if containers are frozen.
WHAT IS THE MINIMUM RENTAL PERIOD?

WHAT MODIFICATIONS CAN STEEL BAY CONTAINERS PROVIDE?

Used containers are inspected and graded for quality. Expect minor cosmetic wear, but all are structurally sound and weather-tight.
WHAT IS A “ONE TRIP” CONTAINER?
“One Trip” containers are nearly new units that have completed only one overseas shipping journey, offering excellent condition at a competitive price.
HOW SECURE AND WEATHER-RESISTANT ARE YOUR CONTAINERS?
Our containers are made from durable steel, designed to keep contents safe from weather, theft, and pests.
WHAT COLORS ARE AVAILABLE?
Standard colors include blue, red, green, and gray. Custom colors and paint jobs are available upon request.

We accept bank wire transfers, credit cards, and offer financing options for qualified buyers.
Refund Policy
At Steel Bay Containers, customer satisfaction is a priority. Refund requests must be made within 7 days of delivery. Refund eligibility depends on container condition and compliance with purchase terms. Custom or modified containers are non-refundable. Delivery fees are non-refundable.
