At Steel Bay Containers, we’ve been proudly serving customers across the U.S. for years with trusted shipping container solutions. To maintain our high standards and ensure a smooth experience for every client, we follow key purchasing and delivery guidelines:
✅ Guaranteed Quality
All our new/One Trip containers are rigorously inspected based on CSC (International Convention for Safe Containers) standards. Units are graded and approved by certified Container Inspector Licensees — including our team.
Warranty: 5 to 10 years depending on the container unit.
🚫 Limited Yard Visits
Due to the high activity and safety protocols in our depots, in-person visits are restricted. Yard access is limited and only available on special approval.
We operate on a first-come, first-served inventory basis, making specific container previews impractical.
🚚 No Delivery Before Payment
We do not deliver containers without full payment or verified financing approval. This ensures transparency and avoids conflicts.
